Refund Policy

Talent Hunt operates on a success-based pricing model. Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds

  • If the candidate leaves within 7 days and the client declines a replacement.
  • If we are unable to deliver suitable profiles within the committed time frame.

Non-refundable Conditions

  • If the client hires and then changes the requirement.
  • If the client fails to communicate during the replacement process.

How To Request A Refund

  • Send a written request within 14 days of invoice payment. Our team will respond within 3– 5 business days.
